Unity Harbor House provides supportive housing for people navigating important transitions in life. Our homes are designed to offer stability, dignity, and a supportive foundation while residents work toward what comes next.

We currently offer three housing pathways: Youth Transitioning to Independence, Women & Children, and Men’s Sober Living. Each pathway is designed around the needs and circumstances of the people it serves.

Each pathway serves a different population and set of circumstances. Our website provides an overview of each option, and our team can help answer questions if you are unsure where you may fit.

Supportive housing combines a stable place to live with an environment intended to help people navigate a period of transition. The specific structure, expectations, and available resources may vary by housing pathway and residence.

Our vision is to grow a network of resources that can support residents in areas such as employment, education, recovery, case management, financial wellness, transportation, family support, healthcare navigation, and more. Availability of these resources will develop over time.

Recovery and peer-support connections are part of our vision for the Men’s Sober Living pathway. Specific meetings, groups, or community resources will depend on what is available and appropriate for each residence.
