2. Housing Information and Applications
Information provided through this Site is intended to help visitors understand Unity Harbor House and its housing pathways, including Youth Transitioning to Independence, Women & Children, and Men’s Sober Living.
Submitting an application through the Site does not guarantee acceptance, placement, residency, or availability of housing.
Housing availability, eligibility requirements, application procedures, and other program details may change over time. Submission of an application does not create a housing agreement, landlord-tenant relationship, residency relationship, or other contractual relationship unless and until a separate written agreement is entered into.
Applicants are responsible for providing information that is truthful and accurate to the best of their knowledge.
Unity Harbor House may request additional information or documentation when reasonably necessary to evaluate an application or administer a housing program.
3. Resident Agreements and Housing Rules
These Terms govern use of the website and do not replace or modify any separate lease, occupancy agreement, resident agreement, program agreement, house rules, or other written agreement governing residency at a Unity Harbor House property.
Residents are responsible for complying with the agreements and rules that apply to their particular residence or housing pathway.
In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a separate written housing or residency agreement, the applicable housing or residency agreement will govern matters relating to residency.
4. Online Accounts and Resident Portal
Certain features of the Site may require an account, including a future resident portal.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity conducted through your account. You agree to notify Unity Harbor House promptly if you believe your account or credentials have been compromised or used without authorization.
Accounts may be suspended or terminated when reasonably necessary for security, misuse, or violation of these Terms or an applicable agreement.
5. Online Payments
Unity Harbor House may make online payment functionality available through the Site or resident portal, including for rent or other authorized payments.
Payment transactions may be processed through third-party payment providers. By submitting a payment, you authorize the applicable payment provider to process the transaction according to the information and payment method you provide.
Payment obligations, amounts due, payment schedules, late fees, refunds, and other housing-related financial terms, where applicable, are governed by the applicable lease, resident agreement, invoice, or other written agreement—not by these website Terms.
Additional terms imposed by a third-party payment provider may also apply to payment processing.
Available payment methods, payment instructions, and any applicable transaction requirements will be displayed at the time a payment is initiated. Payment methods and payment processors may change from time to time.

If a donation is submitted through the Site, the donor is responsible for ensuring that the payment information provided is accurate and authorized for use.
Any specific terms concerning recurring donations, refunds, or donation acknowledgments will be provided where applicable.

The inclusion of a resource, organization, service provider, or external link does not necessarily constitute an endorsement or guarantee by Unity Harbor House. Visitors should independently evaluate whether a particular service or resource is appropriate for their circumstances.
8. No Guarantee of Availability or Results
Unity Harbor House makes reasonable efforts to provide useful and current information, but information on the Site may change and may not always reflect current availability, eligibility requirements, program offerings, or other circumstances.
The Site does not guarantee the availability of housing, acceptance into any housing pathway, a particular housing placement, or any particular outcome.
9. Communications and Submissions

Do not submit emergency requests, urgent safety concerns, or information that requires an immediate response through website forms or live chat. The Site and its communication tools are not emergency services and may not be monitored continuously. In an emergency, contact 911 or the appropriate emergency service directly.

14. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Unity Harbor House and its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another party's rights.
15. Privacy
